If you are a words only blogger, try adding a photo or graphic to some of your posts. They will attract more attention and give more visual readers something to relate your words to.
Of course, it goes without saying that you should only use photos you’ve taken or royalty free images. Infringing on copyright is just bad form, not to mention illegal!

* Read up on your topic. Finding out what other people have to say can trigger a few ideas.
* Review books on your topic. You can post the reviews as content and may gain some additional ideas to blog about.
* Ask your readers what they want to hear. Answer their questions on your blog.
* Brainstorm. Just sit down and write words and phrases you associate with your topic.
